A reader in Auburn, California, recently e-mailed us a note: “A couple of years ago your produce specialist, Andy Powning, had a recipe using fresh corn, bell peppers and onions—skillet cooked and served. I can't find the original recipe and would like a copy. This was printed in the produce section of the magazine, which I enjoy reading cover to cover. Thanks for the great articles.”
