California Bountiful - California Cheese Trail

For this episode of California Bountiful, host Aubrey Aquino sets off on the California Cheese Trail. The trek begins in Petaluma at Marin French Cheese Co., where we get a lesson in creating a delicious cheeseboard. Then it's off to Spenker Family Farm, which is a Grade A goat dairy. The show also makes a stop at a longstanding Central Valley farmstead before checking out the only artisan goat cheese maker in Fresno County. Finally, to cap off the show, we meet San Diego's CheeseSmith and get a taste of the curds paired with locally brewed beer.
