Oysters at Scoma's in San Francisco
Scoma’s is a family-owned seafood restaurant right on the pier since 1965. The 100% sustainable seafood business has a pier-to-plate philosophy. They have their own fish-receiving station, and freshly caught fish goes directly from the boats to the restaurant. Here, chef Gordon Drysdale shows how to make oysters two ways.
