Ten-minute lobster salad

Ingredients
1 pre-grilled lobster tail, chilled and chunked
½ cup minced red onion
Fresh cilantro to taste
½ avocado, sliced
1 medium tomato, chunked
Juice from 1 lime
Salt to taste
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Chill and serve.
Serves 4.
