    Andy Powning

    Sauteed fresh corn
    Sauteed fresh corn

    Ingredients

    Serves 4
Kernels from 6 ears of corn
    6 strips of bacon, chopped
1 bell pepper, seeded, cored and diced
    1/2 cup prosciutto ham, julienned
    1 teaspoon oil
    1 teaspoon garlic

    Directions

Remove kernels from corn. In a large skillet, add oil and prosciutto ham. Sauté until strips are crisped. Add corn, bell pepper and garlic. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until kernels are tender. Serve immediately.

Andy says this side dish is great with fish or chicken.
