Radish slaw

Ingredients
½ lb. radishes, trimmed and coarsely grated (about 2 cups)
3 cups cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup carrots, coarsely grated
½ cup red onion, julienne
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. cilantro, mint or parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and season to taste.
