Ingredients

1 tbsp. oil
2 cups halved or quartered lollipop kale
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 pinch chili pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Meanwhile, heat an oven-safe sauté pan and add oil, kale, salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just lightly browned on the outside. Remove from heat, add stock and roast in oven for 10 minutes. Stir once and continue roasting until tender. Remove from oven and place in bowl. Add butter, honey, garlic and chili pepper flakes. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
