Horseradish cream sauce

This yummy garnish is a classic to serve with rib roast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Beat cream to soft peaks. Fold in remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 30 minutes and serve as a garnish with roast beef, ham or poultry.
Makes approximately 1 cup
