Grilled corn on the cob with cilantro butter

Ingredients
Serves 4
4 ears of corn
1/2 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Carefully pull back husks from corn and remove silk; pull husks back up over the corn. Soak corn in water for 30 to 45 minutes. Heat grill to medium. Drain corn and slather with flavored butter. Seal, and place on grill for 15 to 25 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. (You can also serve the corn with additional cilantro butter on the side.)
