Grapefruit salad

Ingredients
2 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 avocados, sliced
1 cup thinly sliced white mushrooms
2 small heads butter lettuce
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Cracked pepper to taste
Directions
Dissolve salt in the vinegar, whisk in olive oil, and add pepper. Toss with salad ingredients. Serve.
