This is a fun way to enjoy mustard greens in a flash. Don't walk away from the stove, as they will be ready before you know it!
Ingredients
Southwestern Foodie Bar bowls with garlic mustard greens
1 cup medium-dice red onion
1 large bunch mustard greens, cleaned and roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
Pinch of powdered mustard

Cooked brown rice (or your favorite whole grain)
Cooked black beans (or your favorite legume)
Salsa
Cilantro
Avocado
Nutritional yeast
Lime
Directions
Cook onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes, then add mustard greens and garlic. Cover and cook just until greens are just tender and a vibrant green. Turn off heat and add powdered mustard. Assemble bowls according to each person's preference.
