Chipotle marinade for grilled shrimp

Ingredients
½ lime
1 tbsp. Chipotle peppers, pureed
7 big shrimp
½ tsp. minced garlic
Directions
Wash and de-vein shrimp. Roll lime on counter or cutting board to release juice, then cut and squeeze half of lime into a shallow dish and add 1 tbsp. pureed Chipotle peppers. Add minced garlic and whisk together. Add shrimp and marinate. Do not marinate for a long time, as this mixture is acid and will "cook" the shrimp before it is grilled.
