Ingredients
1 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup garlic salt with parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle liberally on steak or other favorite meat and allow to sit 5 to 10 minutes before grilling. Store in an airtight container.
Use with Jimmy's BBQ sauce.
