Berry smash sandwich

Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries, tops removed and quartered
1/2 cup mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup granola
8 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Place berries in a bowl with honey and smash with a whisk (or have some real fun and use your hands!). Mix in ricotta cheese and granola. Divide mixture among 4 slices of bread and top with another slice to make a sandwich.
