Bittersweet chocolate clusters

Ingredients
7 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted, tempered if desired
2/3 cup peanuts or other nuts
2/3 cup dried sour cherries
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
1 1/4 cups puffed wheat cereal
Directions
Mix together the nuts and all the other ingredients with melted chocolate. Place a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture in mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let sit at room temperature until hard.
Makes about 30
