Ritz berry smoothie
Ingredients
4 cups low-fat yogurt
2 bananas
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup ice
2 tbsp. honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. If the mixture is too thick, adjust with apple or pineapple juice.
Serves 2 to 4.
Optional: garnish with berry coulis.
