This sweet and savory side dish also hits the spot at snack time—either hot or cold.
    Sweet potato wedges

    Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes, sliced in thick wedges
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, pressed

    Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sliced sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet that has been coated with olive oil. Sprinkle curry, cinnamon, cayenne and salt evenly over wedges. Bake until crisp at the edges and soft in the center, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle garlic over wedges 15 minutes into cooking.

Serves 4 as a side or 2 as a snack
