Imagine this… Stories Inspired by Agriculture is an anthology featuring whimsical stories by the third- through eighth-grade winners of the California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom’s 2023 “Imagine this…” Story Writing Contest. (See the article.) The tales are complemented with stunning illustrations by California high school students. This year’s narratives cover a variety of agricultural products, from milk to grapes to tomatoes, and include poignant life lessons. The stories should be entertaining and educational for all ages.
